Denied a reasonable accommodation? Your child excluded from school?

If you're facing disability discrimination at work, fighting for your child's education, or confronting barriers to access, I can help. I represent employees, parents, and individuals across Pennsylvania in cases involving the ADA, FMLA, IDEA, and Section 504.

A Different Kind of Advocate

I bring a rare dual perspective to every case. As a former litigator defending school districts, I understand how districts operate and make decisions from the inside. Through my prior work in Legal Aid, I built a deep foundation in disability civil rights, including SSI appeals and Fair Housing Act claims.

Today, my practice is focused entirely on representing individuals and families, fighting for access, equity, and lasting results. My approach combines creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and persistent advocacy to turn complex legal requirements into clear, actionable strategy.
